My brother Albert proudly served our country as a Marine, then his community as a law enforcement officer/Sargent for 19 years. Sadly his untreated PTSD lead him to find unhealthy outlets to deal with his pain. Ultimately Albert died from complications of alcoholism on his 53rd birthday.
No one should ever have to suffer and self-medicate to manage the pain of PTSD.
Through the skills of expressive writing, journaling and storytelling, the team behind Albert's Letter will lead you on journey of recovery by guiding you on how to move thoughts your mind to expression on paper.
Our services and programs; which will be offered soon are designed to teach the skills for healthy, therapeutic writing, expression and storytelling .
We are excited to bring our therapeutic program to you and your loved ones.
Please subscribe for our updates of the launch of Albert's Letter full website which will include course descriptions, sign up, scheduling and much more. We also ask if you can support our non-profit with any donations you can provide via our "go fund me" page.
No one should suffer and you are not alone.
Thank you.
